Which devices does it work on?

Any brand — iPad, Android tablets, or an old phone you no longer use. Open the link, tap "Add to Home Screen", and it runs as a full-screen app. Nothing to install from an app store

What ages is it right for?

Ages 2–12 (most fun between 4–9). Quests adapt to the age you give at signup, and every quest is read aloud — kids who can't read fluently yet do just fine

How do payments work? Is it safe?

Pick a plan, transfer to the account number the system shares in the LINE chat, then send a photo of the slip. It's verified automatically within minutes. No card required, no auto-billing — when your plan expires, renew only if and when you want to

What if my child leaves the app and opens something else?

After signup we send a step-by-step guide to setting up your child's device (Screen Time / app-limit modes) so our app is the only route to video — the part most parents never learn how to configure. We walk you through it, hand in hand

How is this different from just setting Screen Time?

Screen Time only says "no" — it never answers "so what should my kid do instead?" QuestDee gives your child quests they want to do, coins they want to collect, and a reason to put the screen down without anyone having to scold them

Are there ads in the videos?

Videos play through YouTube's Privacy-Enhanced player — no recommendation feed, no autoplaying next video, and your child's viewing isn't used to personalize ads. If my plan expires and I don't renew, can my child still use it?

Yes — quests, coins, and the cinema with every video you've already added keep working as usual. Nothing gets taken away. The subscription pays for the parent-side tools: unlimited video adds and edits, in-video questions, custom rewards. Come back and renew whenever you like

Because our home was tired of screens too

QuestDee wasn't born in a boardroom — it was born in a home where unplugging the TV just sent a kid running to the next screen, where the grown-ups were exhausted from playing the villain every single evening.
